Jeremy is a Senior Leader in the recruitment industry with over 20 years of progressive experience across multiple verticals.  Starting his career updating candidate files in the 1990’s, Jeremy has experienced all facets of the business including, Recruitment, Recruitment Management, Account Management and Operational leadership. 

Jeremy has successfully placed candidates across a variety of industries including Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology and Technology. 

Having lived and worked in Toronto for most of his career, Jeremy moved to Kitchener/Waterloo in 2020 to help start Aixal Consulting.  Despite a global pandemic (not traditionally the best time to start a new business), Aixal has grown to become a trusted resource for organizations across North America.  

Jeremy has a BA and MA in History from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is an accomplished guitar player and imaginary rock star and is a lover of great wine, good food and travel.
